Possible correction here, this is modeling consciousness assuming everything is conscious, "panpsychism" is it?
I mentioned pondering pure randomness. This might not be right it might be when pondering pure nothingness. Would pure nothingness have a consciousness of everything or pure randomness? Maximal k-Complexity verses zero. Structural distance from the pondering agent via comm. protocol. BTW we know with our Venn Diagrams there is overlap with ML. As with everything there is overlap, not trying to draw a borderly distinction but actually consciousness could be described as encompassing ML.
