Compression is the "science" of AGI and the value function parameterizing 
sequential decision theory is its "engineering".  So, yes, I did need to 
explicate the value function of this test, which is "minimize the size of the 
executable archive of *this* data set (as opposed to one of your own choosing 
based on your own value function my dear little AGI who I hope will not turn 
the universe into one huge quantum computer in order to compute the 
incomputable Kolmogorov Complexity of *this* data set".
