Simple programs that create apparent complexity are not full representations of 
that complexity since they don't contain the physical energy expenditure 
component in the expression. That's where the consciousness of an observer 
comes in to play (IMO).

What makes Pi so different from the other real numbers close to it? The variety 
of re-representing mathematical expressions readily available to an observer. 
Mathematics is a form of compression. Yes the symbols of mathematics can be 
represented in less bits by decomposing into smaller alphabets but max 
compression is not as important as efficient compression, efficient in terms of 
the inter-communicability of the compressed representation with other entities 
in this physically separated environment that we exist in…
