Thanks for the reply. That sounds like good hands on experience, I listened very closely, cause im crazy enough to try and do this as well. I was thinking of keeping everything really simple, and accepting the cruddiness for what it is and dont bother trying to fix it, and change the design style instead.
If I can fit my products, into not a normal mold, but a flat biscuit style, and maybe the terrible stuff might be able to form the shape easier, all 1 level, and I just bend all my ideas around that instead, you could make sheet first then cut the sheet, but the plan i'm actually going with is trying compression molding it with a positive and negative foot, but im taking more precautions than that. It would be so strange if you managed to do it, youd be taking things worth less than 0, and making useful things with it.
