Ok I wrote something nice up with lots of supporting evidence, it's about what
Intelligence is. It is in a rough copy form a bit but anyone can use it as is
or refine it. I will send it to a select few emails first tonight and hope you
will either pursue spreading it or ask questions if you disagree with anything.
Happy either way. There's lots of context so make to to bag it all and then
think again :)
