Quantum computer is over hyped. Yes, quantum encryption is showing some promise. But you need to send a key to all parties, which can travel abut the speed of light. The key could be jamb and the quantum signal can also be jamb.
It can also be used as a random generator. I like it to see quantum entanglement hold many kilowatts of energy. This could run stars ships. Entangle lots of energy int bunch of atoms. When onande side is read a bunch of polarized energy is re least on the ship and on earth no mater the distance apart. Ok i dreaming big here.
