If the AGI is taking a nap, when it wakes and wiggles it's finger, will it be 
quicker to recompute all physics or, load it up from memory. You would think 
memory, but, I cannot confirm because we'll be pushing the limits of 
computation by then. 

A small partial physics engine is no biggie but instantly derive - All Physics 
- in a few seconds from boot time or resume from sleep, in the "bios" or device 
driver. A localized device driver for all physics in this universe re-derived 
each time.
