Yes!! Ideas, attack ideas, not humans. Today firing employees is the new 
'death', you lose your life, money, the person's bad work and habits. Others 
fill in the blank position (gpt2 joke). Same for banning participants. So 
today-today, people attack / ignore ideas, participants, and sometimes 
employees, and rarer - the person themselves (tho we don't want that to 
happen...). Btw ideas replicate/mutate.
