R81 (or anyone for that matter) being banned is like a death in a family. Good
and bad. Firing employees 'kills' them by removing their voice from other
workers. Maybe R81 is watching us still (in ghost form, as he is 'dead'). And
we don't want the dead to come back to life to haunt us either, they can jump
in victims also. Hopefully I don't wake the evil spirits! I know he was a
(mock?) believer in them. =)
