Yesterday I gave a talk at a seminar dedicated to the memory of the late
Jacques Pitrat (who passed away in october 2019). His blog is still

Jacques Pitrat was the French AI pioneer (his PhD thesis in 1966
mentioned artificial intelligence for the first time in France).
His last book was
