That's an absolute answer but various observers have different computational capacities. Does a general intelligence require an absolute perspective? AGI doesn't mean infinite intelligence. For simple questions like the one you posed there would be a common answer among GI's up to a particular range where you would then encounter a diversity of correctly chosen answers.
