So only just over 250 humans are in cryonics right now, even though it's been out for like 50 years and searchable online for like 30 years. This goes to show that not that many humans are really searching for how to be immortal. Only ~2,000 have decided they will go into cryonics, the rest have decided not to or never bothered searching for immortality! So does wanting immortality make you a great inventor? Well, you certainly have a problem and want to make progress, so I would say so, no? Sure you can have a machine that wants to die but progress in evolution is made by thinking up inventions that slow death/change, so you are most productive if you really really want to solve evolution (stop death). Good tell tale sign at least.
Pity the rest. One who does not care to live long does not care if the whole world dies shortly after. Your part of Earth, so if you don't want to be here, you care the Earth not be eth either! ------------------------------------------ Artificial General Intelligence List: AGI Permalink: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/T328922f06a6c0751-Ma37afb1161050c433a13a402 Delivery options: https://agi.topicbox.com/groups/agi/subscription
