yes it is. there website has been down since this morning. it may take them a couple of days to get it back up. do you know about the mitsuku online chatbot. it has some common sense. it can tell you definitions of things. you can ask it questions like what is a car used for? and it will answer them. you can also teach it things by typing wrong to what it answers. when it does not tell you the right answer or does not tell you.
