The general beauty, and the key to the whole thing, is that the database I make contains everything at once:
input, output, scripts, comments, errors, protocols of script runs (including decisions made by the script while it ran), connections between objects, user-made as well as computer-made objects... This also does away with the huge hidden state that computer programs usually have. Everything is visible and inspectable.
