I want to stress motor control only affects what it will predict for senses,
prediction affects what data it eats, so hence the prediction as
well.....experiments are just a way to collect data, there is no motor in AGI,
it is all sensory prediction, an AGI can use just its brain in the later stags
of ASI and invent solutions without trying real life experiments as much,
somewhat more than we can.
