You know the problem though, BPC is probably not actually bits per character, 
it's probably something like take the average sum of all cases and half it and 
then apply some log2base to it and add an exp to norm it across dataset sizes 
that vary.....unfortunately.......

I swear I seen it one time before that somewhat explained it and it was nottttt 
Lossless Compression in a friendly format, it was something simply different, 
its not bits per char, its not LC...it has a misleading name i think

Can you explain it to me in clear and full English?.... I'm trying to just see 
where I am score wise, maybe I'm not getting anywhere for all I know.
