perceptrons are cool because they are direct input output link and dont require
feedback. (if they are purely feedforward) If its not learning, and its a
"pre-baked" response, they can be just a nest of wires, good if you want to
secure the weights, make it so the robot is non-reprogrammable. which is
good for lots of security reasons.
