My friend has made my current code (that reaches something like 19.2MB) in C, mine is in Python. It is 8 times faster. Decompression successful for 10MBs. Mine took 550 seconds, his took 69 seconds. His uses 2.25 times less RAM. This means:
I can compress 100MB to 19.2MBs in 690 seconds, which is 11.5 minutes. It uses 1 core of 1 CPU. Matt said his takes 10 minutes to compress 100MBs to 17.8MBs? Do you use 1 core of 1 CPU?
