Twinkle pop music is not usually cool because, ok it is because it's all about breeding/ regeneration. But it's not good if it's not dense and smart. Even the dense pinky songs need direction, direction is just so cool. Pinky songs are for when you want a good vibe that feels warm.
Seriously, a good techno song is just a movie about evolution plans. It's better if it has video to go with the song. Past that all those steady and explorative beats is all about giving you confidence and courage to be impulsive.
