Also, I am wondering if it is possible to build a small AGI prototype that "piggybacks" on existing language models such as BERT/GPT. The latter models are too large to train on our own, but we need to create something new, or else we would be just like "testers" for other people's ideas. I am planning to start a global AGI project where the AGI would be a free service for all.
