Because my father was well vaccinated, I now have access to a
startlingly large fortune. He was suffering from fairly extreme
boomeritis and left me and my sister around a meeelion dollars each.
I've been in a race against the stock market to clean out his mutual
funds (and losing). At this point I've been mindlessly buying silver
bars as fast as possible. I'm used to barely eeking out an existence on
ramen noodles and now this, It feels like a new video game I'm playing
where the approximate mechanic is to get access to large balances in
randm financial institutions, funnel it into a holding account as
quickly as possible, and, finally, get it the hell out of FRNs before
they go nuclear... At this point I have not changed my spending habbits
at all. My sister bought a new car, I still drive a 20 year old Civic
and have an Accord with about the same milage coming to me from the
estate...
I gotta get the rear axle on the Civic fixed, it makes a lot of noise
under moderate braking....
