The computers I build look good and are quite fast but can't run any of
the machine learning frameworks because the compiler versions have to
precisely match down to the build number or they don't work at all.
(yeah, crapware), but if I'm going to be able to actually do my own
work, I'm going to need a machine that actually works. =\
So I'm going to offer a commission. The budget is $15k (flexible). The
requirements are that it must be able to do GPU or better AI development
with state of the art frameworks. The single caveat is that everything
on the machine must work as advertised from open box and the only error
messages it should be capable of producing should be caused by my own
code. Everything else must actually work as advertised. =|
