A big problem is that wireless brain control, BCI, has already been widely 
deployed in multiple countries if not worldwide. It is very difficult to obtain 
accurate information about it through traditional means... That is part of the 
reason people seem to be cognitively manipulated, in addition to the 
traditional subversive technologies, like mass media manipulation, etc..
