About that price of $0.99 which may be $1.08 with tax -- when you publish your AGI/Singularity e-book, Amazon lets you request a royalty of 35% or 70% of the price. If you request the more lucrative 70% Royalty Option, Amazon demands that you set a minimum list price of $2.99 -- triple the $0.99 on which I get 35% royalty.
