It has become necessary to increase the size of the memory serving as the MindGrid or IdeaPlex of the
http://www.scn.org/~mentifex/mindforth.txt artificial intelligence (AI). The value of the "cns" variable has long stood at 1024 for stability during troubleshooting and the testing of new algorithms. Now the AI Forthmind has become more stable and the goals of troubleshooting have shifted. We are no longer troubleshooting towards stablity so much as towards a demonstration of self-referential thought. It has become problematical that the ReJuvenate module kicks in and causes the AI to forget new concepts that have been introduced by a human user in the course of conversation with the AI Mind. If we double the "cns" value from 1024 to 2048, perhaps the AI will start retaining its knowledge longer and will be able to discuss a topic without forgetting related concepts too soon.
