Shame on all of you to be semi-flaming without my participation. The matter of fact is, hotshots will not participate in this forum the way we do, or not at all actually, even if we behave. I know, because this is what has been happening for around 20 years on mailing lists and forums, hotshots prefer to protect, more than anything, their scarcity. We know also that hotshots spend 20-50% of their time as visiting scholars or industry contributors, but in neither role are they ready to share "too much", spread themselves thinly etc.
