Arthur, Perhaps I am missing something here, but why should coding be necessary when switching languages? Note that I got Dr. Eliza working in German with NO recoding, other than installing any new "hooks" into the engine that may be needed for rules to be able to handle a new language. In the case of German, no new hooks were needed, though I had to chase a bug out of one of the hooks that was already there.
