You are starting with quite a low number of words if
I follow your monologue of your efforts correctly.
Individuals ( non-scholars and non-literary types )
have a "working vocabulary" of around 4000 words or somewhat less;
their "recognition vocabulary" is three or four time greater.

Putting it another way: Your graphs are going to be much much larger!
