It looks like my library subscription qualifies me only for a preview, and I have to say it is the first time I noticed the dichotomy between article abstracts and thesis "previews", I get very little out of the 24 pages in terms of what was achieved etc. Presumably the "desktop app" mentioned is also nowhere to be seen, which would be a pity. Now, regarding graphical tools, I'd dare say as useful and occasionally brilliant LabView and Microsoft Robotics are (not to diss earlier and/or free tools), the verdict is still out if one can actually improve over text and Domain-Specific Languages. I am myself looking for a visual/haptic interface to a mind, and probably will be looking for a long time. But Novamente and a Windows-only proprietary tool may never mix.
