Made it polymorphic so never mind. Ideally, it would transfer data sets from a sensor to a perceiver endpoint over http or TCP. The payload would be either audio, video or data. Camera or microphone would be generating the frames. The purpose would be to assert the data into the world model of the cognitive agent. If there are better ways to do this then kindly advise. ~PM. A little more the way of specifics would help. What data will you be carrying, what will be generating it, what will be consuming it by what methods to what purpose, what will the transfer rate be, and over what distance?
