Hey, so this seems to be the nearest competitor I know, is pretty impressive.
Though has relatively simple grammar, only supporting if then and is statements that I can tell, already has working programs. It's also implemented in Java, so easy to run and all that. http://mafait.org/en/screenshots/ It only supports English, with all it's idiosyncrasies so it may be difficult to port to other languages.
