If anyone is interested in making a simulated human-like body to plug into an AGI, this software looks interesting...
... the HumMod / Digital Human / Quantitative Human Physiology project http://hummod.org https://www.modelica.org/events/.../23_poster_ID_175_a_fv.pdf http://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/casi.ntrs.nasa.gov/20100012842_2010013721.pdf https://github.com/HumMod It also supports the creation of specialized mini-models, http://html5minis.hummod.org The code is in Modelica, of which there is an open-source Linux version: https://www.openmodelica.org I would be tempted to make use of this, if attempting to simulate human-like physiology in a human-like robot. Of course, mapping the relevant ones of the ~5000 HumMod quantities into quantities relevant to a robot would be a significant task... Just an aside I found intriguing ;) ... ben -- Ben Goertzel, PhD http://goertzel.org "My humanity is a constant self-overcoming" -- Friedrich Nietzsche ------------------------------------------- AGI Archives: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/303/=now RSS Feed: https://www.listbox.com/member/archive/rss/303/21088071-f452e424 Modify Your Subscription: https://www.listbox.com/member/?member_id=21088071&id_secret=21088071-58d57657 Powered by Listbox: http://www.listbox.com
