Well, my point is that the BRAIN project is highly unique.  Trying to
align it with the moon shot and the human genome project is just so
bluster.  There have been partly successful or unsuccessful grand
projects the government undertook like the "war on drugs," "no child
left behind," and the invasion of Iraq/Afghanistan.  But, they aren't
going to say that the BRAIN project is going to be the next war on
drugs!
