Which has more total energy: A Red Dwarf or a Sub Dwarf?  If you can't
answer that right away can I make the conclusion that you are not capable
of intelligence?  What shows that you are capable of intelligence is that
you are able to use reading skills and knowledge about the Internet and
libraries to come up with some kind of further insight about it.  It does
not require visual intelligence other than reading the words (and getting
to the library).

A program that was able to learn simple language skills would be like a
very young child.  It would not be able to figure that question out.
