Hi Jay, This was a session at an academic (IEEE) conference, and IEEE did not video the talks. So my wife brought her camera to the session and she (along with one of the OpenCog Hong Kong team) informally recorded the talks on it. I'm not rich and nobody was supplying a budget to hire a cameraman and audio engineer to film this academic conference session.
That said, I personally have no trouble understanding the audio, but I'm sorry you do. Anyway, as has oft been noted, you can't please all the people all the time ;-p .... I'm doing my best, but I'm used to random people complaining at me for random reasons by now ;) And if you would like to fund a video and audio engineering team to record future similar conference sessions, please let me know. I am more inclined to put the rather limited funds at my own current disposal into AGI R&D. -- Ben Goertzel On Wed, Jul 9, 2014 at 11:29 PM, jay man via AGI <[email protected]> wrote: > They are great talks, but the audio and video quality are terrible, who is > managing these events, please get a professional next time.
