The H+ list proper, I just learned by asking directly, is permanently down because they H+ board doesn't want to provide their members a way to communicate with each other... [slightly different lame excuse was offered.] So I need a listserv where I can resume my routine brain-dumps... -- IQ is a measure of how stupid you feel.
