Well 2002 ish. Neural modelling just got more complicated. Let me be a little more pointed: All neural models are now seriously incomplete pending an accurate physics picture on field origins. Like NEURON, for example. AI goes along for the ride. You know the irony? Both Durand and Schiff visited us and became aware of my work on the fields in 2009-2012 ... And, like everyone else, they've got the physics wrong. And they completely miss the magnetic field.
