Bill, Ben, et al, How about a petition AGAINST transparent AI?

However, it has become equally clear that your grasp on the real world is REALLY tenuous. AI arguments are VERY similar to the cold fusion arguments - limitless cheap energy, but coming with a technology allowing almost anyone to make hydrogen bombs in their bathrooms. There would rightfully be life-without-parole sentences for anyone engaging in such research if anyone in power thought that it might actually work. As I have posted here in the past, *YOU* are dangerous to *ME*, because if and when the governments of the world wake up to the conceivable (though I don't think they are real) dangers in this, they will come down on ALL of us.
