I agree, of course -- adding sensorimotor capacity to an inadequate AGI
framework will not make it adequate.

It may help push the project in a more adequate direction, but I imagine
this will happen very slowly if at all, as conceptual frameworks are often
hard to change even in the face of empirical evidence...
