What about my old mate George Soros! :) CitiBank (I think) teamed up at least for a while with the Santa Fe Institute to use their agent based/complexity ideas. I imagine find a good narrow AI partner might be a key issue. And finding ethical speculators might be a bit of fun. There are biggish ethical investment funds around now but I don't know whether there are any of them that speculate.
