Upon reading Waser's response I reread that segment to say "by mining 
_neural_ language" which could have interesting results, esp. on the 
front of neuroscience and neural signal decoding/encoding and how 
information is represented internally.

However, wetware neurons do not necessarily have a KB, and don't rely on 
upper ontologies unless you consider the DNA to be the base-class.
