IMO, this thread is close enough to AGI to be list-worthy. It is certainly true that knowledge-entry is not my preferred approach to AGI ... I think that it is at best peripheral to any really serious AGI approach. However, some serious AGI thinkers, such as Doug Lenat, believe otherwise. And, this list is about AGI in general, not about any specific approaches to AGI.
