The last one ("John has cybersex with 1000 women") is very hard to think of a replacement that is equally convincing... I've never been in a work place so it's hard for me to know what is proper conduct. When I was in college some professors cracked sexist jokes on several occasions, so I thought that's normal. Also, it's not directed to anyone specific. It's only there to make the stuff more interesting to read.
