Sorry but I'm not sure that I understood your question completely. Yes, the Agilo SVN hook will add a comment to the ticket 123 if you use something like 'see #123' in your commit comment. To enable the SVN hook, you need to put it in the svn hook directory of your repository (see the documentation in the hook script itself).
