I have a single team who are developing functionality and fixing defects for a number of projects (products) concurrently in scrum Sprints. All projects are on the same sprint cycle. The work across all the projects is prioritised at the start of each sprint at Sprint Planning with the Product Owner.
I've been using Excel to manage the work, but would like to use Agilo as it's compatible with subversion used for Configuration Management and along with Trac would allow introduction single solution for Development, Defect Mgt and Config Mgt. Ideally I would like to be able to switch between the Product Backlog and Trac Bug List for each Project in Agilo and build a single Sprint Backlog that the team can agree to at the start of the Sprint. We have downloaded & installed latest Trac and Agilo 0.7. Agilo does not appear to allow us to view more than one Product Backlog from the workspace. Is this true? Can anyone advise on how to set up Trac & Agilo for this type of mulitple project development? In Trac should we have separate projects or single project with each product as subcomponent of one "Master" Project?
