It's work well under previous agilo egg plugin. At the beginning, I thought it's maybe upgrade problem. My local project used agilo0.7 before.
Then, I tried to use "trac-admin test initenv" create another temp project(just use sqlite) for testing your new agilo(0.8). It still got this problem. I installed plugin by putting the egg to project/plugins fold. If I enable agilo theme (Advance UI), there is previous error message was gone. But I always use agilo in original Trac UI.
