Probably you mixed up Fedora's version numbers with trac. I'm talking about Fedora 11, not trac 0.11.x.
For you the workaround is one of the following: 1. Do not use Fedora's RPM but use the source directly provided by edgewall.org2. Get the src.rpm, modify the line in the spec file which says 'rm trac/test.py' and build your own rpm
3. Uncomment the line which imports/references trac.test/EnvironmentStub
When do you expect to release a new RC that addresses it? I'd rather not downgrade Trac if possible.
