Hi everybody,
we have just upgraded to Trac 0.11.5 and Agilo 1.0_RC2, and everything
was all right except a little admin detail.
The performance was pretty good, at least as good as it was previously
or even better.
But when I have activated from the License Admin Panel the 30 days
trial of Agilo Pro, we have detected the following errors:
- The whiteboard is not opening: We click the option, and after a
while appears a Javascript alert with the text:
TextStatus: error
ErrorThrown: undefined
ResponseText:
After that we only see the animated wheel centered at the screen.
In the log we don't see anything.
- Apart from that issue, we have detected that the performance now is
worst, before the licensing it was taking 1 second to load the roadmap
(Time written by agilo at the bottom of the page), and now it takes 3
- 4 seconds.
Do you know how to fix that issues?
