Thanks for your trac.ini (*). I can go to the dashboard without problems. Therefore I suspect it has something to do with the data in your db...

You could send us the db (trac.db) by private mail or do this:
In "C:\Python26\lib\site-packages\binary_agilo-1.0_pro_rc2-py2.6.egg\agilo\api\controller.py", line 348, replace:
    raise e
with
    raise
(no "e")

Afterwards try to reproduce the error again and send us the new stacktrace.
