This is clearly a sign that the installation didn't went through  
correctly, I suggest you try to install it again. Remember that you  
need to install the egg, not just copy it in the site-packages or  
plugin folder. Than enable the plugins by adding in the trac.ini:

[components]
agilo.* = enabled
agilo_common.* = enabled
agilo_pro.* = enabled

This will trigger the upgrade, than depending on the database you will  
have to run the trac-admin <project> upgrade (--no-backup in case you  
use MySQL or PostgreSQL)

The libraries are fine, I really suggest you to try again and see if  
it works out...
